  We have been listed (currently 3 properties) with this directory since early 2006 and are extremely satisfied with both volume of bookings and customer service.

  We rely on Holiday Lettings, our own website and Homelidays to fill our three properties between April and October. By far the largest proportion of bookings come from HL.

  Listings are very easy to set up and update. On the holiday-client side, the website is attractive, well laid out and very user-friendly. The site also features a wealth of useful tips and advice for new rental owners.

  Customer service is first-class, i.e. prompt and helpful. If requested, the HL team will review your listing and offer advice on areas for improvement.

  We can wholeheartedly recommend this directory.

  We used to be with HL for approx. 2 years, and cancelled our listing about six months ago. Their customer service and advice was excellent, but we weren’t getting results.

  The statements above:

  * More web traffic than any other UK holiday home website
  * More booking enquiries per advert than any other site

  in my opinion are unlikely. Are there any stats to back this up?
