A UK based directory for listing your rental property with a focus on the holiday market. Professionally designed website, and quality listing page.

There is limited traffic data on the website, but they do carry a nifty cost / benefit comparison chart comparing them to Holiday Rentals, VRBO et al here

They have 3 annual packages on offer:

  • Free: Includes unlimited text, Google Map, 7 pictures and link to calendar (requires reciprocal link from your website and your page must have a minimum PR of 1)
  • £29: as above but without the link requirement
  • £49: As above, plus a money back guarantee (no listing in first 12 months and you either get your money back, or they will give you another 12 months f.o.c., your choice), inclusion in Google Base (nice idea not seen that before) and featured listing status.

I was surprised at how few pages there are in the Google index for this website (ie how few people have listed on this directory). The free listing option provides a professional looking listing and comprehensive offer. Does anyone have any experience of listing with them?

    I would like to add that Rentals365 also advertises in selected magazine publications. Although there aren’t many listings (at the moment compared to some other listings directories), the advertisers that we do have seem to get quite a few enquiries.
