Your Holiday Matters is devoted to identifying holiday rentals and B&Bs with a singular bond: every property you see here is backed by an “Owner who Cares.”

Our homes range from simple beach apartments and family friendly cottages to luxurious chalets or stylish city pads. Owners share a common goal, to go the extra mile to give guests a great time: they know how much a holiday matters … 

Each advertisement carries one photograph and a brief description - a thumbnail of the owner/s is also encouraged and displayed at the top. A personal website for the properties is required therefore, to provide all the information guests will need. A charge of £20 is levied to owners for submitting an application, and if successful there is an annual subscription fee of £35.

The website was re-launched on Oct 31st 2009 and in the light of recent bad press about booking direct-with-owner, promises to change the way holiday-makers think and search: only applicants with great attitudes towards customer care and satisfaction are approved, and can display the valued Seal of Approval on joining. Peace of mind at first click!
